YOUR WHY - This is the mission, passion, and purpose that fuels you. Use this place to document any & all things that come to mind. These are keywords or statements where all the brand magic begins!
Identify Your ideal Customer - Who are you serving? Understanding your customer is crucial. You need to know who they are, what they want, and how you can help them. Describe your ideal customer and the challenges that they are facing.
Understand Their Problem - What problem are you solving? Your business exists to solve a problem for your customer. Identify the core issue your audience is facing. What is the primary problem your customer needs you to solve? How does this problem impact their lives?
Be Their Guide - Position yourself as the guide, not the hero. Your customer is the hero of the story. You’re their guide, helping them overcome challenges with your expertise. What makes you uniquely qualified to guide your customers? How can you show empathy for their struggles?
Offer Them A Clear Plan - Give them a roadmap to success. A confused customer never buys. You must offer a clear, actionable plan that shows how you’ll help them solve their problem. Outline the steps you’ll take to help your customers achieve their goals:
Call Them To Action - Prompt them to take action. Customers won’t take action unless you give them a clear call to do so. Whether it’s scheduling a consultation or buying your product, this is where they make the choice. What is your call to action? How will you inspire your customers to act now?
Help Them Avoid Failure - Show them the risks of inaction. People are more motivated to avoid failure than they are to achieve success. You need to demonstrate the consequences of not solving their problem. What could happen if your customers don’t take action? How does your product/service help them avoid failure?
End With Success - Paint a picture of success. Finally, you need to show your customers what life will look like once they’ve solved their problem. Paint a vivid picture of the transformation they’ll experience. What is the success story you’ll help your customer create? How will their life/business change because of your product/service?
